Autumn Term 2025- Week 4
A LIVELY WEEK (03.10.2025)
*STARS OF THE WEEK*
***I show good concentration….***
Casper - What a star you have been following the mobilo instruction pictures to make a folk lift truck and a boat, well done!
Alfred - Rebecca was so impressed with how well you completed 'The smartest giant in town activity book'. You looked so carefully at all the pictures and worked on holding your pen correctly to draw the ticks.
Florence C - What a clever little girl you are. You concentrated so hard on completing a tricky Bluey puzzle. Rebecca was very impressed.
Dear Parents,
What a noisy, busy week we have had. We made our patchwork squirrel to add to our lovely Autumn display. We had great fun smashing the ice with our favourite outdoor tools.
We spent sometime in the old garden and actually did our Forest school session with Reverend Claire in there this week which worked well with our new children. Reverend Claire hid pretend coins for the children to find and then we put them in order. The activity was based on the story of the lady that had lost and found 10 coins.
We decided to bring the tree stumps into our new play area from the garden and had lots of fun with them and the plastic stepping stones. Using both to develop our balancing and jumping skills.
Next week we will be focusing on 'Us'. Using mirrors to look at our own faces - comparing eye colour, hair length and colour. For craft we will make our own faces. In the builders tray we will provide pasta for moving from container to container with laddles, big spoons and sieves.
Have a lovely weekend.
The Pebbles team.
