 EUROPEAN FOODS (5.7.2024)

*STARS OF THE WEEK*

***I am brilliant ….***

Alfred - for walking all the way to the church and back, eating my peas better with than the older children with a spoon, turn taking play with a ball and acting on instructions straight away!

Violet - for walking brilliantly to the church and back and doing as you are asked the first time, well done!

Honey - For being kind and thoughtful - offering Bodhi a piece of paper for him to cut and giving him a pencil just in case he wanted to draw, as well as brilliant concentration, listening and answering of questions on the bug-rug.

Lara - For eating your entire packed lunch quickly and then sitting beautifully on the bug-rug listening to Stevie and joining in with the discussion.

Dear Parents,

Forest school - all about the stomach and how the intetines work (Reggie knew this word) learnt about how the heart and lungs work - breathing in and out, we then made a heart from found items - connnected breathing with getting oxygen from the tree so we put leaves into the heart to show the trees provide us with the oxygen that makes our lunges and hearts work.

Next week, we will be continuing our football theme and we will also be finding out which countries are still in the Euros.  For craft we will be making the flags from the remaining countries, finding the countries in an atlas and trying foods from the countries for snack.

We hope you had a lovely weekend,

The Pebbles team.
